Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with NexWall Corp AI. This policy explains your options for cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes. We aim to be fair and transparent in all cases.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@nexwallcorp.com.

2. Refund Policy

✓ Eligible 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers who have not previously held a paid NexWall Corp AI subscription are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. To request a refund, contact us at support@nexwallcorp.com within 7 days of the charge.

→ Case by Case Service Disruptions

If the Service experiences significant downtime or technical issues that materially impair your use (defined as more than 24 consecutive hours of unavailability), you may request a prorated credit or refund for the affected period. We will evaluate each case individually.

→ Case by Case Annual Plan Cancellations

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day money-back window, we will consider prorated refunds for the unused portion of the annual term on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases of technical issues or significant changes to the Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and appear on your original payment method.

4. Billing Disputes (Chargebacks)

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve billing issues quickly and a chargeback may result in immediate account suspension.

To dispute a charge, email support@nexwallcorp.com with details of the charge and we will investigate promptly.

5. Changes to Plans

Upgrades

When you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period at the higher plan rate. Your new plan features activate immediately.

Downgrades

When you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current cycle.

6. Free Trial (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before expiration. No charge is made during the trial period. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
